1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is granted for the territory in which you obtained the App from the App Store.

2. User Accounts and Content

To access certain features (e.g., routines or personalized AI chats), you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

User Content you submit (e.g., chat inputs, routine notes, or podcast comments) is your responsibility. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely to provide and improve the App's services, including AI training (anonymized where possible). You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with our Community Guidelines (if applicable).

We do not endorse or assume liability for User Content. We may monitor, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms or applicable law, at our discretion.

4. AI Chatbot and Third-Party Content

The AI chatbot uses third-party AI models and may generate responses based on your inputs and general knowledge, including Christian teachings from public sources. Responses are for informational and inspirational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, medical, legal, or spiritual counseling. We are not liable for any reliance on AI outputs.

Podcasts and Bible readings may include third-party content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of such content. You access it at your own risk.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features or content in the App, such as premium routines, advanced AI chats, exclusive podcasts, or enhanced Bible reading tools, may require a paid subscription ("Subscription"). All Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store ("App Store") and are subject to Apple's standard terms and conditions for in-app purchases and subscriptions, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ ("Apple Terms"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as set forth in the App Store, which may include auto-renewal charges.

You represent that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts and have the authority to make payments through the App Store. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (e.g., podcasts, Bible text, AI algorithms) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your use does not grant any ownership rights. Premium Subscription content is licensed solely for your personal use during the active Subscription period.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Christian content is for personal edification and not official doctrine. Subscriptions are subject to Apple's Terms, and we disclaim liability for any billing errors or disputes handled by Apple.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App or Subscriptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) US$50 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. Apple is not responsible for any claims related to Subscriptions.

10. Termination

We may terminate these Terms and your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete it from your device. Subscription termination is governed by Section 5.

11. Governing Law

For legal and regulatory compliance, Beliefly is operated by OTST PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore. This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, including changes to Subscription terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms supplement the Apple End User License Agreement (EULA) available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In case of conflict, the Apple EULA shall prevail to the extent required by law.

This license is between you and OTST PTE. LTD. only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the App or the content thereof.

Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to:

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
